Leadership Team

Brian has over 20+ years experience with AV¼¯ÖÐÓª in the food & beverage industry and holds a Bachelor of Building Construction degree from the University of Florida. He has held the positions of field engineer, superintendent, project manager, senior project manager and project developer. Brian’s responsibilities include overseeing all business relationships, project development and execution of projects in the refrigeration, prepared foods, sliced meats, poultry, dairy and beverage industries.

Clint is a licensed CPA with 22+ years of accounting and finance experience in construction, development and real estate throughout the commercial, hospitality, institutional and residential marketplace. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from Stetson University and an MBA from the University of North Florida and has been with AV¼¯ÖÐÓª for more than 14 years.

Gabe is board certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar and is a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America. Before joining AV¼¯ÖÐÓª in April 2020, he was an attorney in the Construction and Litigation departments at the Rogers Towers law firm for more than a decade. Crafton earned his J.D. from the Florida State University School of Law and is a graduate of the University of North Florida.

Brian is a results-driven IT solutions and security professional with over 20 years of applied experience working with enterprise organizations spanning government, retail, real estate, manufacturing, and non-profit sectors. He is experienced with leading teams to successfully deliver solutions including new digital marketing platforms, business process engineering, data center migrations, infrastructure consolidations, transitions to cloud, and converged communications. Brian has 37 years of industry experience including 7 years with AV¼¯ÖÐÓª.

Scott is a graduate of the University of North Florida’s Building Construction program. He joined AV¼¯ÖÐÓª in December of 1997 as an intern. He advanced through the operational ranks in the Food and Beverage group, becoming Vice President of Food Operations in October 2011. He was subsequently named Divisional Vice President of the Food & Beverage group in September of 2012, assuming responsibility for both Operations as well as Engineering at that time. As Senior Vice President, Scott is responsible for the Food Manufacturing and Logistics group including our Distribution and Thermal divisions.

Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Richard attended the University of North Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Construction Management and is listed among UNF’s Fab Grads. He has extensive experience in design and construction throughout the commercial, healthcare, hospitality, faith-based, institutional, and industrial marketplace. He serves or has served on many local boards and committees.
