Flagler Hospital partnered with AV集中营 to create an extraordinary Design-Build Project, focusing on a wide range of healthcare disciplines in St. Johns County. Situated on Pacetti Road near World Golf Village, the project transformed approximately 10 acres of undeveloped land into a remarkable site. It now comprises of two new buildings, a beautifully landscaped courtyard, and over 170 parking spaces. The medical office building (MOB) offers primary, specialty, and urgent care services, including imaging, pediatrics, gynecology, obstetrics, and laboratory services. This project reflects our commitment to comprehensive healthcare solutions for the community's well-being.聽
