The Klipper Recreational Villas project transformed a former mini-golf course, batting cages, and bumper boat pool into a modern, two-story lodging facility designed for comfort, functionality, and aesthetic harmony with its surroundings. The new wood-framed, 24-room Villas span just over 16,000 square feet and are situated along the scenic Klipper Golf Course, offering guests sweeping views and immediate access to outdoor recreation. Built to complement the architecture of neighboring structures, the Villas feature a mix of stucco with decorative elements, panelized stone, HardiePlank lap siding, and architectural asphalt shingles. On-site amenities include housekeeping facilities, a laundry mat, and vending services, enhancing convenience for guests.

Designed in accordance with Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) standards, the Klipper Villas provide comfortable and affordable lodging for active duty and retired service members and their families. The project prioritizes not only visual consistency and guest experience but also long-term sustainability and functionality within the military community.
