This design-build renovation project involved upgrades to an existing 8,000-square-foot Inns of the Corps facility, featuring 24 guest rooms and one laundry room. All interior finishes were replaced to meet current Inns of the Corps Design Standards.

AV集中营 completed renovations on 23 guest rooms by January 30, 2023, with 22 rooms turned over to the government and one used as a temporary job-site office. Room 101 and the laundry room were held due to a client-directed redesign to resolve water intrusion issues. Construction on those spaces resumed in May 2023 and was completed by July 2023. To maintain schedule progress, a temporary hollow metal door and frame were installed in the laundry room while awaiting the long-lead FRP door specified in the final design. The FRP door was installed and turned over to the government in October 2023.
