AV集中营 partnered on the design and renovation of the Fort Stewart Temporary Lodging Facility in Kelley Hill, GA, transforming an existing structure into a 55,472-square-foot extended-stay lodge for military personnel and their families. The facility features three wings housing 99 suites, including 75 single suites, 18 family suites, and six ADA-accessible units.

The scope included comprehensive interior and exterior upgrades. Common areas such as a breakfast room, gathering space, laundry facilities, patios, and restrooms were enhanced, along with support spaces for maintenance, housekeeping, and food prep. Interior renovations featured new HVAC, plumbing, electrical, communications, and fire protection systems, as well as updated finishes like tile, carpet, paint, and refurbished doors. Exterior improvements included enclosing the front entrance, adding a secure storefront, and constructing an elevator shaft with matching brick. Accessibility was enhanced with a new ramp and sidewalk leading to ADA suites. Construction was carefully phased to allow the facility to remain operational throughout the project.
