The new Carlisle Barracks Golf Clubhouse is a 9,766 square foot single story building which includes a full-service kitchen with bar, dining room, locker room for patrons, full-service golf pro shop with golf simulator room and utility support spaces. As part of the LEED Silver endeavor, the original existing 2-story Golf Clubhouse and practice green was demolished, and materials were reused onsite for the construction of the new building. Several sustainable LEED Features of the new building include Geothermal systems, materials with recycled content, LED lighting, use of low consumption fixtures/low energy equipment and enhanced commissioning of building systems.  A new and enhanced practice green equipped with irrigation was also constructed in front of the new clubhouse. Site infrastructure included an expansion to the parking lot with additional site lighting, modifications to incoming utilities to support the new building and new patron access paths to the facility.
